HoWA Business

REPORTING & AUTOMATION · COMING SOON

Monday's report,
ready before the meeting.

HoWA Business will bring figures from your customer, job and finance systems together, check them and prepare recurring reports, invoice reviews and briefings on a schedule you choose.

For product brands, retailers, service operators and businesses with several sites.

Someone still has to put the figures together.

Download the sales report. Match it to the invoices. Check which jobs are complete. Ask why two totals disagree.

If that happens every week, the report has a cost before anyone has read it. HoWA Business is being prepared to do that recurring work from the systems that hold the records.

  • Match the records

Bring the same customer, job, contract or invoice together across systems. Clean duplicates and agree the definitions used in reports.

  • Produce the reports

See performance in dashboards and written reports. Open the records behind a figure and see when they were updated.

  • Run the agreed jobs

Prepare and deliver reports on a schedule. Draft payment reminders, check renewals or update a compatible system within the permissions agreed for the job.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOWS

The work that comes round again.

WorkWhat the team receives
Weekly site reportingA report for each location, with changes and missing records identified
Overdue invoice reviewDraft reminders and a list of balances that need checking
Renewal pricing reviewCalculations and exceptions for the manager who approves prices
Leadership briefingA written summary of the period, with the figures behind it

Connections, checks and delivery destinations are agreed for each business.

Send the report. Hold the price change.

A report can be delivered automatically every Monday. A proposed renewal price can wait for a manager. A payment record that does not match can come back for checking.

Each workflow sets out what may run on its own, what needs approval and who receives an exception.

Product brands and retailers

Review sales alongside returns, fulfilment and customer-care records. Prepare the trading report and identify cases the team needs to look at.

Service operators

Review the job, its completion record and its invoice together. See what needs checking before chasing payment or renewing a contract.

Multi-site teams

Report on each location using the same definitions and reporting period.

Questions before you start

Do we have to replace our software?

We start with the systems you use. Connections and any required changes are confirmed during setup.

Is this just a dashboard?

The planned platform includes prepared business data, dashboards and scheduled work. It can produce reports, draft messages and update compatible systems within agreed permissions.

Can a job run without approval every time?

Yes, where you have authorised it to do so. A report can run on a schedule while a price change waits for approval. The rules are set for each workflow.

Do we need a data team?

The planned setup options include help with connections, preparing data and building workflows. The work required depends on your systems and the task.

Do we have to join HoWA Home or Living?

No. Business stands independently.

Can a Business account see consumer records?

No. It does not grant access to Home or Living records. A consumer connection needs its own permission and relationship.

Is Business available now?

It is coming soon. Register your interest for relevant launch and discovery opportunities.

Bring the report you rebuild every week.

Tell us which systems it uses, who prepares it and what the team needs from it.

HoWA Business is coming soon.

Business has its own account and agreement. Becoming a provider or partner in HoWA Home or Living is a separate choice.
