The data layer

Customers, sites, jobs, contracts and invoices can then be used in more than one report without rebuilding the data each time. Access is assigned by role, and records retain their source.

Scheduled workflows
Set a job to run once, daily, weekly or monthly. It can process data, use AI to analyse records or draft a report, and work through connected tools.
The result might be a document, a review list, a draft message or an update to a compatible system. Each workflow specifies the checks and approvals required.
