IMPLEMENTATION · COMING SOON

Test it against the work you do today.

Begin with one recurring task and the people who prepare or use it.

  1. Agree the result

Choose the report or task, its owner and delivery format. Record how long it takes today and how you will judge the quality and running cost.

  2. Check the data

Agree source systems, definitions, matching rules and access. Resolve missing or inconsistent records that would affect the result.

  3. Build and test

Run normal examples and difficult cases. Compare the output with the existing process. Set the checks, approvals and conditions that should stop a run.

  4. Schedule and review

Agree when it runs and who checks exceptions. Inspect the early results before adding more work.

  5. Maintain it

When a source system or business rule changes, update the workflow and retest it. Your team approves changes to what it is allowed to do.

Help with the build

Setup, workflow building and ongoing management will be scoped separately. For work that needs investigation first, a discovery and prototype project can establish what the data supports and what a full implementation would cost.

Questions before you start

Do we have to replace our software?

We start with the systems you use. Connections and any required changes are confirmed during setup.

Do we need a data team?

The planned setup options include help with connections, preparing data and building workflows. The work required depends on your systems and the task.

Can a job run without approval every time?

Yes, where you have authorised it to do so. A report can run on a schedule while a price change waits for approval. The rules are set for each workflow.

Is Business available now?

Bring the report you rebuild every week.

Tell us which systems it uses, who prepares it and what the team needs from it.
