SERVICE BUSINESSES · COMING SOON

The job is finished. Has it been invoiced?

The answer may sit in another system. HoWA Business will match job, customer and finance records so the team can check delivery and payment together.

A walnut tray holding a key on an oxblood leather fob, a blank clipboard, a black leather tool roll and a plain card, linked by a fine oxblood thread, in soft window light.
  1. Before the visit

Review open enquiries and quotes. See who owns the follow-up and how long it has been waiting.

  2. After the work

Check for completion records and the invoice linked to each job. Identify missing or inconsistent records before contacting a customer.

  3. Before renewal

Review the contract, costs and history. Prepare calculations for the person responsible for the renewal price.

Example: the completed-job review

Reads
Job status, customer details, completion evidence, invoices and payments.
Checks
Missing evidence, unmatched invoices and agreed follow-up dates.
Produces
A list for operations and draft correspondence for review.
Leaves with people
Disputes, uncertain matches, pricing changes and other agreed approvals.

A missing invoice link is a reason to check the records. It does not prove that the customer has not paid.
